Your use of this site confirms your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the site. By making a reservation, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old or are legally able to enter into a contract.
We do not have an internal booking system for accommodation. We will redirect you to external platforms like Hostelworld and Booking, or you can contact us directly via WhatsApp, email, or phone. All bookings made on these external sites are subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues that arise on those platforms. All accommodation and vehicle rentals must be paid for in cash upon arrival.
We use the Booqable platform to manage our motorcycle and car rentals. Payment is made in cash upon arrival, and no prepayment is required. The rental agreement is directly between you and Ricks Hostel, making us responsible for the vehicles and rental conditions. Please be aware that Ricks Hostel is not liable for any personal injury or damage you suffer while renting a vehicle. You are solely responsible for having your own medical insurance. For low-displacement motorcycles, like the Honda Navi, you will be held responsible for the full cost of any damage. We will audit any damage upon your return and present the repair costs to you at that time.
Cancellation and refund policies for accommodations booked through third-party platforms are determined by that specific platform. You must review their policies and contact them directly for any issues. For reservations made directly with us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, the policy will be communicated and agreed upon when you confirm your reservation. Please contact the platform or us directly for any cancellation or refund requests.
You agree to use our site and services in accordance with all applicable laws and these terms. Fraudulent or illegal use of the site is strictly prohibited. As a guest, you agree to respect our property and other guests by adhering to our house rules, including quiet hours and the proper use of facilities.
